Ajman Free Zone – Smart Office Concept
The Ajman Free Zone have lately introduced the fully furnished and serviced Smart Offices with desk space ideal for small sized companies, emerging entrepreneurs and established companies that wish to establish their presence and operate without arduous overheads.
The new Smart Office will house business desks with facilities that will include meeting halls, boardrooms and availability of high speed internet access. Commercial Trading and Service Licenses are issued to interested investors.
The Smart office concept is that an office space would be sub-divided and shared by specified number of companies. However, the partitions are such that each office is enclosed and independent with privacy and have separate access.
The smart office allows a maximum of two shareholders and offers residence visas for either one shareholder and one employee or two shareholders visa. The validity of the visa is for three years.
